Summer Reading BINGO!
because summer reading should be fun
The other night I thought, “You know what my reading life needs? FUN. And you know what’s fun? BINGO.”
So I opened up Canva, and I made these Summer Reading Bingo cards. There’s a version for grownups and a version for kids. You can have them both for free.
Because you know what? You should be able to have fun for free. And you know what else? I am not a graphic designer, so the aesthetic value of these is zero dollars. And yes, I know I could have used AI to make them look better but AI is not fun to me. Cheesy bingo cards are fun. Look at that Victorian woman reading a book on the grownup bingo card. She’s loving her reading life and having a great time. And look at the cat on the kids’ version. That cat is totally literate and immersed in the best story it has ever read.
You can download the PDF below and print them for yourself or your kids or your totally literate cat. (The kids version will work whether your children can read on their own or not!) Go for a bingo or just complete all the activities that sound fun to you. Come up with a little prize for yourself if you want. And please tag me with your progress updates!
